Our Aquatic Program
Membership in the Hershey Aquatic Club (HAC) is open to individuals age 6 through 17. Competition is segmented into age groups. Practice groups are determined by age and specific time requirements. Our practice groups consists of Pre-Competitive Program, Diamond Group, Bronze Group, Silver Group, and Gold Group.
HAC competes within two area leagues, the Central Penn Aquatic League in the winter and the Mid-Penn Swim League in the summer. HAC is also part of a national organization, USA Swimming. Some of the area's leading swimmers are members of Hershey Aquatic Club.
The HAC program is structured to help develop successful individuals as well as successful swimmers. It aims to meet the following objectives.

To provide excellent instruction, training, and competition for all levels.

To instill an appreciation for the potential of high self-esteem, the value of hard work, and the importance of good team sportsmanship.

To motivate the individual simmer to achieve the most from him/herself and to support and encourage teammates in their endeavors.

To provide the high school swimmer with continued training that will coordinate with his/her school program and to provide an opportunity for participation in additional competition.
